Sleeping Can Help Fight Stress

I promised to myself that I have to take an afternoon nap everyday on Joe's days off because I needed it bad. I usually go to bed arouf 1:30 AM and sometimes until 3, I know! it's crazy but I am not a morning person who can stay up long during the day. I am a nocturnal animal and probably a screech owl in short.
Anyway, it's now 10:30 PM and I am trying to catch up with my due tasks today. So I will see all on my next post and hopefully be able to post some photos I took this morning. Mwah !

I so believe in this Lutch. Actually before giving birth, I'm obsessed to sleeping 8 hours..or more...Heheheh..But I've learned that sleep takes a backseat when you have a baby. :D.

I agree that sleeping helps fight stress. If I lack sleep, I'm sluggish and irritated. Plus, I look like a disaster with my huge eyebags, lol! :D
