Debating Where To Go !

We are now debating whether to go to Miami, Florida or Charleston, South Carolina. It will be our official 1st family vacation this year. As much, as I love to go to Miami...I hate to think the long drive, cold ocean water, and never have the chance to see Universal studio or Sea World in Orlando. I want to do all those things while in the Florida "BUT" big but ...when I figured how much we going to spend " all I can say is a "BIG NO NO" !
I would like to enjoy and go for a vacation and not spending too much. I know, there's some other ways not to get broke or put additional credit to our account. We would love to take the boys out where they can enjoy and at the same time see and learn something. I guess, were going to Charleston, SC then...and visit the battleship and the cool museum that they have. It's a boy thing but I think I will enjoy it.
