Daing Na Bangus

I was surfing for recipes to cook next weekend and stumbled on this “daing na bangus” photo, watching it made me drools and wishing to have some one of these days. It’s been over a month since my last Filipino store visits and I am dying to drive down soon and drag my Balikpapan box with me too. I talked to tatay the other night and he requested some other things once again for me to put in the box. I better send that box before he asks another one again “hahahha”. Anyway, it’s getting late and was still watching the Indian Runner movie.
