Menudo

I know it’s pretty fattening but I am craving for some menudo. It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten some and I can’t wait to cook a huge pot on my birthday. I am pretty sure my boys will like it too because I’m going to cook it well. I’m also craving for dinuguan, sisig, puto and suman. I miss most of the Filipino food especially during this season. We will go to the international market tomorrow and hopefully I will have enough money to buy all the ingredients that I need for my menudo and some of the Pinoy recipes.
