Aching all Over

I went to bed with bad headache and aching muscle last night. I really don’t know why my arms was hurting bad. I didn’t do anything excessive beside cleaning the house and cooking lumpia and baked some cookies. I have to get up in the middle of the night and took some pain reliever. I feel a lot better now but with little lightheaded, the left-over of medicine side effects. I better go lie down and take a short break. I will see you all alter guys.
