natural acne treatment

My acne gets worse when my monthly visitor comes. It gets so worse that I feel like I am going to the Halloween costume party. I am not exaggerating but it’s what I feel like when my acne gets so bad. I have been using all kind of products including the products that I got from my dermatologist. It works but only temporarily. I think I need to consider using a natural acne treatment and see if it effect is long lasting. I will surely update you all on this acne battle. I know I am not alone of this problem.
