I chat with my father last night about some thing and he told me to buy some books to read about bible controversies and deception. I wish I can get out now hit to the book store. I wonder if there open today. I might bring one of the boys to accompany me. I don’t feel like going by myself. Oh well, will just wait and see later, I might call a friend and ask for a shopping buddy. I have so many things to do, I still need to check about business plan writer that my sister asked me. I am tired already by just thinking all the things that I need to accomplish today. I better get out now and get busy.

Feeling Weird

Thank goodness the rain finally stops pouring. I just came from outside and the wind is blowing hard. It is still chilly and not a good day to clip a dog. I might drag Ruffy in the garage later and cut his hair out there. Hubby is playing his electric guitar and its noisy…I wish the neighbors will not complain or call a police ‘hehehhe’. I feel like walking to town and grab a movie or some soda. My tummy is acting weird now after eating that left-over seafood. I think I need some Tums’s.

Legion the Movie

I can’t wait for the showing of the Legion movie next Friday. We have been waiting for this movie since last year. Hopefully hubby will be off that day so we can watch it together. diets that work

Every time we dine out or buy some take-outs I always feel guilty and crappy. I am trying to lose weight. Dieting is one tough thing to do, especially when you love to eat and too lazy to exercise regularly. Thank goodness, I still have the determination and willingness to achieve my goal. If you have the support and confident then diets that work will come your way unexpectedly. So guys lets get going and go forward to our goal one step at time. Slowly but surely.

Racing With Time

I just ate breakfast. I had some of the seafood leaf-over from the other day. It was not too good or bad. I am still sleepy and wish to climb back to bed. I didn’t stayed up late last night at all, I just feel tired. I can hardly open my eyes while writing this. I have few more online tasks to write, I am trying to finish them before the cut off. Last week the cut-off was around 12PM. I have another hour to go and I am out of things to write. I better squeeze my noggin and come up with something interesting.

I am craving of boiled peanut for some reason. Nope! Nobody’s pregnant …hubby bought a huge bag of salted peanut the other day but I am not into eat and I can’t eat anything with too much in it. I can’t with for dinner tonight so I can fix the bimbap. I found a container of bean sprout at wally-world, just perfect for a Korean meal. The kid’s couldn’t careless so I have to fix something for them too. I am starving right now…I didn’t like the waffle and sausage they had this morning. I better dig the fridge and look for some left-over to eat.

Dieting is one of the things that in my list for the year 2010. I know that it’s always one of my New Year resolutions every year. It‘s sounds kind a boring but I am not alone in this weight problems. Honestly, I am not overweight but I still need to lose more to reach my ideal weight goal. I am seriously thinking of taking a diet pill supplement like the phentermine. I have heard a lot about this product and I am willing to try it one of these days. So wish me luck.

What A LIFE


Oh! Tomorrow is payday and I can’t wait to go shopping again “window-that is”. I need to go out again and buy some groceries. I am almost out of everything. I need to pay the kids school lunch fee and look for sweatshirts and sweatpants for hubby too. So much to buy so little money. I have to stretch every dollar we have. Life is tough and unfair but this is my life and I have to live and deal with it ‘tough huh’.

eye wrinkle cream

I was looking for eye wrinkle cream this morning but unfortunately didn’t find anything yet. I am almost out and I need it soon very bad. I can’t stand without using it everyday. He Shed Too

My dog is shedding badly. He only shed when his hair is really long. The weather has been nasty and cold for weeks now and I don’t want to clip it yet. I hate to vacuum everyday but I have no choice but to wait when it starting to warms up. He definitely needs a hair cut very soon. He looks like a shaggy dog. I took some photos the other day but I was not able to re-size them all. It’s too big to share it here. Anyway, maybe next time I have a chance then I will post his new picture.

I bought a tube of acne scar cream today for myself. I had bad acne and blemishes in my cheeks and its bothering me so much. I am tired of covering it with blemish stick and foundation. I want it gone. I hope the acne scar cream will work in my skin. I can’t wait to have a smooth and blemish free face once again.

Just Think Seafood

No sushi for dinner tonight instead we had fish and chips. It was not bad at all. I still feel so full right now. I had fish, coconut shrimps that taste like macaroons (sweet-maybe they use sweetened coconut- the taste was not bad but I found it weird, it likes eating shrimp macaroons) and 3 sides. I wish I order the crab cakes too and maybe some scallops ‘yum’. I miss Pinas where I can buy seafood anytime. Sashimi, sinugba, tinola and guso or lato salad would be perfect.

Titan luggage

I was checking our old luggage’s the other and found two has holes, cracks and broken wheels. I bought them in the Philippines 12 years ago. It‘s not very fancy but it‘s tough and durable. I guess it‘s time for them to go and time to get a new set. I saw this Titan luggage online and they we’re pretty neat. The style and quality is amazing. I can’t wait to grab one before our next trip.

My kind of PIE



I was playing online awhile ago and did the pie test. And my result is pretty neat. I am a Peach pie! A little tart and little sweet. I love peaches! One of our neighbors back in Griffin, Georgia had several trees in the front yard. During peach season, I just go out and pick anytime I want. They don’t really care and never take care of the peach trees anyway. Hopefully my orchard plans will come true this year. I was too broke last year that I can’t even afford to buy one tree ‘wink’.

I have been interested in investing gold coins for awhile now. I really don’t have any idea where to start and how much capital I need to have. I asked people around and they told me that it’s one of the best investments I could have this time. The economic crisis is still very shaky and the prices of gold in the coming years can go high. Some Cold Nights


It still 9:42 in the evening and I am ready for bed. Hubby is on his chair fast asleep. He is not feeling well again. I hope his bronchitis is not getting worse. Dylan is watching TV by my side and Zack is probably somewhere under his sheet playing Nintendo again. It’s freaking cold tonight that I can’t feel my toes. A cup of ginger tea with lemon would be perfect. I better get out now and make some for everybody.

If things get better this year then I might travel outside the country with the kids on summer. We are seriously planning to take a year vacation to the Philippines this year. I know it’s awesome and so sudden but it’s a plan that needed to be decided before the school year end on May. I even started looking for things to bring. Right now I am checking the Eagle Creek luggage by Luggage Base.com, they have the perfect kid’s luggage’s for my boys. I better go back surfing now and look for that international travel voltage converter adapter.

Running some Errands



I walked to town this morning and did some errands. The weather is pretty nice today, it’s a bit chilly but manageable. I really don’t like walking by myself for some reasons. I get bored and a bit scared. I really need to remember to bring my spray mist or teaser. Our town is pretty quite and safe but who knows what if some lunatic will appears in front of me. I can’t do karate chop because my arms and legs are so stiffs from the cold. Back in Pinas, I always bring my sharp tip umbrella and pepper spray every time I go somewhere alone and at night. It helps me feel safer and braver. I will never hesitate to hit or hurt someone if I feel threaten or harm. How about you?

green shopping

I went green shopping again the other day. I bought a new laptop camera with built in microphone. I have been planning to get one for a long time but keep on putting it aside. We have a video cam in the other PC but its inside our bedroom and I cannot use it when hubby goes to sleep. I just checked the tracking number of my purchased and it will arrive pretty soon. I can’t wait to install it in my laptop and start video conferencing with my family back home anytime of the day.

I love my juice

Nothing can beat a freshly squeezed orange juice for dinner. We bought 3 huge bags of oranges last December to bring to North Carolina but because we canceled our trip the oranges was just chilling inside the garage. We had so many oranges that I was scared that it will all go to waste. So I decided to squeeze everything last night. The juice is so sweet and I just love drinking with the pulp in it. I feel so full right now; we had some hotdogs with chili and potato salad for dinner. I better get out now and check the boys and their assignments.

I finally bought the rest of the things that I will send for my family and relatives. The balik-bayan box pick up will be on the 8th so I better get everything packed and ready. I talked to one of my uncle‘s the other day and he told me that everyone want a box of cigars. I am not too crazy about it but I can’t say no to them. Cold and Sick


It’s super cold outside, I just checked the weather for tomorrow and it will be colder than today. Hey! don’t be surprised if I am complaining if you’re covered with snow because I’m down here in the deep south ‘wink’. School will resume tomorrow, the kid’s went to bed already and so as hubby. He is not feeling well for two days now. I hope he will feel better soon.


I feel sad that the kid’s will go back to school, I will be alone again. I love when their around playing and watching movies with me. Anyway, I will not make this entry any longer so I can go back to my work. I will share about our New Year happening later.
