We picked up couple of wood and tile flooring samples today. We found the perfect wood and tiles for the living, dining and kitchen floors. I can’t wait for the installer to come on Monday for estimate. We have a list of home improvements to do for this year. We’re thinking of changing the exterior shutters too. I don’t like our shutters right now; it doesn’t go with the color of the house. I wish hubby will just grab some in the store and replace it. Oh well, he knows better than me so I will let him do most of the home improvement projects this time.

margarita cheer

Oh gosh! I feel like having a glass of margarita right now. I saw the beverage/alcohol menu of chili’s this afternoon and I was drooling for one. I wanted to have a glass but decided not too for some reasons. I only drink occasionally. I cannot hold my alcohol very good. I never like drinking and I hate beer or anything bitter and nasty. I don’t smoke either! I don’t have vices besides computer, baking and cooking. Should I start another one? I guess not, I am too broke to have another one and hubby probably not going to be so please.

fat burner advice

Dieting is tough when you love food. I have been dieting for awhile now and losing a pound takes forever. I can’t wait for spring season and go start my daily walking again. I could use a really good fat burner advice right now. I wish to lose 20 more pounds before summer so I can enjoy the beach. I am very conscious of what I look especially if I’m wearing a swimsuit. I better start eating the right food and exercise daily. Wish me luck.

joint pain treatment

We went out window shopping for bedroom furniture for the kid‘s this afternoon. We found a lot of nice stuffs but the prices are horribly expensive. Thinking of the prices makes my tummy squirms again and again. I guess, we have no other choice but to use what we have right now until it falls off. So much to do tomorrow, I still need to call the doctor to confirm the joint pain treatment appointment of hubby. Oh! Its tough getting older, you feel a lot of joint pains. I better take good care of this man and keep him healthy and pain free for as long as he live.

I want to go Shopping

I really thought I can take the kids to Pizza kastle this afternoon and play putt-putt. It was warm and sunny the whole morning until 3PM but unfortunately Mr. Sunshine was not very nice after all. It was already cloudy when we got back home. It was still 5 PM but the winter sky already showing its fierceness. Zacky was upset a little bit but I promised to take them out tomorrow again. I have so many errands to run and I miss going to my favorite cheap shop. I want to go shopping again “the only shop where I can shop till` I drop” without making my bank drop!

acne treatment creams

I will never and never go for a facial spa ever again if I can’t do it as often as I can. I have bad acne after a facial spa. I have no idea why but this acne is driving me nuts. I am too old to have this much of acne. It‘s itchy and so annoying. I can’t wait for my acne treatment creams to come soon. A closed friend recommended these acne products and hopefully it will works for my type of skin. I will definitely share the results here soon.

Magic Sing, Let's Go Karaoke


I took out my magic sing microphone the other night and it was acting weird. It works but the video wiring is somehow messed up. I got the old magic sing, I wish I bought the wireless one then maybe I don’t have this problem right now. I can’t really sing but I enjoy karaoke sometimes. My kid’s don’t like me to sing, they found it noisy for some reasons, maybe I sounded like a bull frog. Oh well, nothing can stop this desperate singer to sing. I even think of buying a new chip for more song. Tagalog would be cool. Does anyone here any idea where I can buy a cheap tagalog chip for magic sing?

treatment for eczema

I hate when the weather get so cold. The boys get bad eczema during the winter. Their skin gets so dry and sometimes crack to bleed if not taken care of. Thank goodness I have the best treatment for eczema always ready. I really wonder until when they will be free from this winter eczema. Does your child have eczema? I’m pretty sure I am not alone in this problem, so if you’re child have eczema then please do not hesitate to ask me.

Totally Girl's Bedroom

We decided to put the kid’s in one bedroom. They have been begging me to sleep in one room for months now. I guess they like to annoy each other “hehehhe”. I like it too because I can turn the spare room to a guestroom or my room. It’s now empty and clean. I can’t wait to get a bedroom set soon. It’s the only room where I can turn to girl room. I am thinking for wall paint color now, maybe a lavender, soft sweet yellow or pink would be cute. I can’t wait to start this totally girl bedroom and boys are not allowed project. I will definitely update you all with this project.

office furniture

I started my spring cleaning early this year. I am not done but I am hoping to finish everything this weekend. I have a huge closet full of junks to sort and clean. I still need to go out and look for office furniture and bedroom set for the guestroom. I have so many things to do and errands to run this month. I sorted two huge boxes of children’s clothes this afternoon. I still have 4 more boxes to sort. I can’t wait to drag all these old clothes and toys to the good well. I get tired just by thinking of the things that I need to accomplish this week. I better get out now and get busy.

Outer Banks rentals

Our wedding anniversary is coming very soon and hubby promised me for a week vacation. We were thinking of going out of the country but it looks like it’s not going to happen for some reasons. I was checking online for family vacation packages and found the Outer Banks rentals. I really need this vacation to unwind. I can’t wait for the kid’s spring break to come so we all can go and have fun. Will just wait and see. I am still waiting for the tax refund money to come so we can start paying bills, and if there’s some extra left then we’re definitely going for a week get-away.

Valentines Was Okay

Valentines Day was okay and fun. It was like another ordinary day. Hubby was working overtime so he was tired but still managed to celebrate the day with us. I took them out to eat dinner and the following day he took us out again for dinner. The weather still nasty …still cold and chilly. I hate to run errands with this type of weather. I can’t wait for spring to come soon and start my daily walk and jogging again. I need to lose all the weight I gained from Halloween to New Year. Wish me luck.

I talked to one of my high school friends the other day and we had a blast reminiscing the past. I am one of those shy type people and always get nervous in front of a crowd. I have no idea why I felt that way before; maybe my confident was not very good. I know a lot of people who has public speaking anxiety. It’s tough to be in a center of a big crowd. Tired Of This Cold Season

Hey guys, what’s up? How’s the weather forecast in your area? I guess, wintery, rainy and windy too. I am now waiting for the rain to start pouring. I am kind a tired of this winter season and ready for the spring. I don’t like summer either …wish we can skip it ‘heheheh’. Oh well, I hope we can go to the mountain before this winter season will end. I want to go skiing so badly. I hope hubby can take a break on the kid’s next school break so we can drive to the mountain. Anyway, I don’t have any more news to share so I will let you go off for right now.
